I am a systemic therapist, with a strong belief that we are all shaped by our past experiences and the people we have encountered along the way. I'm here to help you create meaningful change and get unstuck from any patterns that no longer serve you. We will work together as a team through various therapy modalities. I will harbor a safe space for you to fully express whatever is on your mind, without fear of judgement. I work from an anti-racism, fat-positive, 2SLGBTQIA+ positive standpoint and these beliefs are what guide my practice to be supportive and welcoming to All. 

I am working towards my MA in Couples & Family Therapy at Seattle University, and I have earned my BA in Psychology with a minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies from the University of Washington in Tacoma.
