I am an Army veteran and a single mother of two children ages 9 and 6. My oldest child was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder at age 1 that required two bone marrow transplants and 3 years living in and out of hospitals. This experience and exposure to other mental health diagnoses in my family has given me a passion for working with children and families who are experiencing hardships.
I am passionate about working with individuals, kids, couples, and families who are currently or have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, difficult life transitions, parenting struggles and medical trauma related to cancer, autoimmune diseases, and other rare blood disorders. My work is informed through an emotionally focused perspective. I am dedicated to helping uncover your underlying needs in order to promote self-‐understanding, minimize attachment injuries and increase hope.

I believe that all religion and spiritual belief are meaningful and unique to each individual and family. I am open to talking about spirituality in my clients live and how they would like to incorporate it in the therapy process.
