After many years in healthcare, I found myself craving a deeper connection to the people and

communities I was serving. It was through this and my own therapeutic journey that I decided

to change my career and seek out work I was truly passionate about. This is what led me to

becoming a Marriage and Family Therapy therapist. It is my belief that we already have

everything we need within us, but it is our lived experiences that can make us lose our way.

My work is rooted in a systemic and collaborative approach. In my freetime, you will catch

me cuddled up with my Siamese cats watching the latest murder mystery!
