Generally, sessions last 50-60 minutes.  There may be times when longer sessions are necessary and these will be arranged with your therapist.

Telehealth is the use of technology to have counseling outside of the physical office. It uses audio and video to allow clients and therapists to talk to each other within the state of Washington.

No, the law requires that clients must be physically located, at the time of the session, in the state of Washington.

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. If an appointment is missed or cancelled the same day, you will be charged a $50 fee.

The Affordable Counseling Center is designed to meet the counseling needs of all families. If you are using insurance the cost will vary according to your insurance policy.  Prior to starting services we will let you know what your cost will be.

The Affordable Counseling Center is designed to meet the counseling needs of all families.  Services are provided by Masters Level graduate students from local colleges who work under the direction of highly experienced and qualified clinical supervisors.

Our program supports all MediCaid insurance plans.  In some situations, where either a lack of insurance or excessive deductibles are a factor, we may be able to offer affordable services as low as  $25/session.
