Generally, sessions last 50-65 minutes. There may be times when longer

sessions are necessary and these will be arranged with your therapist.

It varies, every circumstance is different. After the initial assessment your therapist will discuss with you the length and frequency of services.

Telehealth is the use of technology to have counseling outside of the physical

office. It uses audio and video to allow clients and therapists to talk to each other within the state of Washington. 

All clients must be physically located in Washington for a telehealth session to occur.

No, the law requires that clients must be physically located, at the time of the session, in the state of Washington.

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. You may be subject to our $50 No Show / Late Cancellation fee or for repeat offenses therapeutic services can be terminated.

Infinite Possibilities/ Affordable Counseling Center are designed to meet the counseling needs of all families. If you are using insurance the cost will vary according to your insurance policy. Prior to starting services we will let you know what your cost will be.

Medicaid plans. We have limited availability for Cigna, Kaiser, and TriWest.
