Master Therapists

The Master Therapist Program encompasses services provided by Dr. Sharon Young, Ph. D., LMFT to licensed clinicians. These services are designed to provide profession growth and development for clinicians who are at varying stages in their therapeutic journey.  

• Post Graduate Associate Level Supervision –  Dr. Sharon will provide the necessary supervision to LMFTA, LMHCA, and LICSWA individuals who are seeking to fulfill the state licensing requirements to practice as an independently licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. This service will also assist the Associate with determining their preferred model of treatment and integration of the concepts into their regular interactions with clients. 

• Independent Licensed Clinicians - Services are available on varying levels for clinicians looking to develop their current practice. Engagement comes in the form of clinical consultation, private practice development, Training seminars geared towards enhancing multicultural competency, and skills development on how to incorporate Systemic perspectives into desired theoretical orientations.

• AAMFT Approved Supervisory Training - Dr. Sharon is both an approved Washington State and AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor. As such she provides clinical supervision to both therapists and supervisors in training who are working on acquiring their clinical hours for state licensure and supervisor certification. Therapists who are interested in talking with Dr. Sharon about supervision opportunities are encouraged to contact us.

• Master Therapist services are provided directly by Dr. Sharon Young. Each session fee is $150 per hour. Sessions are set at a frequency that is determined at the initial meeting. 

• Group sessions are available with multiple clinicians at a rate of $75 per hour per person.
