Entrepreneurs are licensed Associate Therapists or Licensed Independent Therapists who need assistance in starting and/or building their own private practice. These clinicians accept a variety of insurance plans and vary in appointment availability. Please see “Our Staff” page for more information on scheduling with these clinicians. Master Therapists are Associates or Independently Licensed Therapists who receive Clinical Supervision from Dr. Sharon Young, Ph.D., LMFT. It also includes Therapists who are training to become MFT Clinical Supervisors.  

Master Therapist is a service provided by Dr. Sharon Young, Ph. D., LMFT that is focused on providing clinical supervision to individuals in the mental health field that seeks to master this craft that we call therapy. Services are designed to provide resources for clinicians who are at varying stages of their growth and development.  

• Post Graduate Associates – Services through Master Therapist will provide the necessary supervision to LMFTA, LMHCA, & LICSWA individuals who are seeking to fulfill the state licensing requirements to practice as an independently licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. Services will also assist the associate with determining their preferred model of treatment and integration of the concepts into their regular interactions with clients. 
• Independent Licensed Clinicians – Whether you are licensed as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW there are times you may get stuck or just want to change the direction of your clinical interventions with clients. Consultation services are available to assist you with this process and provide feedback that will allow you to reshape your professional growth. 

Additionally, services are also available to independently licensed clinicians who are looking to enhance their clinical skills when working with couples and families from a systemic lens. Systems perspective can be applied to your desired theoretical orientation such as CBT, Narrative, Solution Focused, etc. 

• Enhancing Multicultural Competence – Dr. Sharon Young, Ph.D., LMFT is passionate about supporting the development of culturally competent clinicians. 
• Establishing a Private Practice – Master Therapist also provides direction and mentoring in establishing or improving an existing clinical private practice. Infinite Possibilities is a group private practice under the leadership of Dr. Sharon Young, Ph. D., LMFT which was established in 2005 and has grown in size to as many as seven therapist under her direction. Being in business for 14 years has allowed Dr. Sharon Young, Ph. D., LMFT to experience any and all of the obstacles and challenges that come with being able to have a successful private practice. 

Master Therapist services are provided at the office of Infinite Possibilities on Mondays and Fridays from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Each session fee is $100 per hour. Sessions are set at a frequency that is determined at the initial meeting. Group sessions are available with multiple clinicians at a rate of $50 per hour per person.

Dr. Sharon Young, LMFT is both an approved Washington State and AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor. As such she provides clinical supervision to both therapists and supervisors in training who are working on acquiring their clinical hours for state licensure and supervisor certification.
