I am widowed with two adult children from a previous marriage. My husband also has two children from a previous marriage. We have 8 grandchildren between us. I was married the first time at 20 years old and was divorced 8 years later. I was a single mother for 13 years before I remarried in 2007 after a three year courtship. It is obvious I like going to school but I also like to garden and I am a serious sports fan. My favorite sport is baseball. I currently live in Puyallup but I have also lived in Tacoma, Los Angeles, California and Boston, Massachusetts. I love my job as a therapist in a private practice setting. I get to help people find peace of mind using all of my education, job experience and personal experiences of life.

I have actively practiced my Christianity since 1989. During my years as a practicing Christian I have been the director of a children’s ministry, a teen ministry and served on a women’s ministry board. I was licensed by a local church to minister the gospel and have actively worked with people in both ministry and in my clinical practice on how to apply the word of God to their daily struggles. My goal in my ministry life is to bring to life the word of God and to help people experience the presence of God in all that they do.
