I am currently a student at Kairos University earning my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I received my bachelor’s degree from Seattle Pacific University in Interdisciplinary studies, focusing on Psychology, Sociology, and Family and Consumer Science.
I grew up in the Seattle area, and although I’ve lived in a few other states, the Pacific Northwest is my home. I have a love for God, individuals, families and couples and am eager to help in any situation life might have thrown your way.
Outside the therapy setting, I am a mother and a wife of 12 years. My husband is a pastor of a church and together we lead a pre-marital counseling ministry. I enjoy cooking and trying new artistic ventures. I am devoted to my personal growth, but I also want to help others grow to their full potential. I am so excited to work with you at whatever point of life you are in.

Hello, my name is Jason Robertson. I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. Despite the weather I love living in the Northwest. The cost for our beautiful summers is the rain we endure for most of the year. I enjoy bike riding, fishing, and boating. I am a father, husband, and an avid jazz fan. I am a person of faith, and I believe in giving people space to be who they are and who they hope to become will materialize.
I believe in the complexity of human experience. Often, we need someone to come along side to challenge us, hold us accountable, and be a source of support as we navigate difficult spaces. Sometimes we need someone to help us process the noises we hear (outside and inside) so we can gain a clearer view of the path we are on. I work with both individuals and families and would love to be a part of your journey.

I am currently a Marriage and Family Therapy student at Pacific Lutheran University. My respect for systemic therapy started long ago. It wasn't until my undergrad that I found the vocabulary for this way of experiencing the world. My passion for helping others nurture healthy, hardy connections is deeply rooted in my devotion to this work. I aim to help our community restore healthy relationships, one person, one couple, one family at a time.
The perspectives guiding my work are structural, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and emotion-focused. This means that it’s important for me to listen to you so I can understand your unique values. I utilize evidence-based interventions that have been rigorously researched to provide long-lasting systemic changes. Through these changes, I work to help clients relieve anxiety symptoms, teach emotional regulation skills, equip families with positive and affirming skills, and create healthy relationships with loved ones.
I seek to build relationships with every person I meet and have a warm, supportive, and sometimes humorous approach that allows feedback to flow in the therapy room. I look forward to working with you!

With over two decades of experience working as a Family Support Specialist for families with preschool-aged children, I have dedicated my career to supporting children, individuals, and families through their unique journeys. Driven by this passion, I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Liberty University.
Over the years, I have learned the power of every individual’s unique story. In my counseling practice, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where I walk with my clients through the complexities of life, help them heal from past wounds, and strengthen their relationships with others and with themselves.
Outside of my professional life, I share a long-standing marriage of 27 years with my husband, and together, we are parents to three boys, two of whom are teens still at home. We are also grandparents to two wonderful grandchildren. Our family’s journey has not been without its challenges, including difficult experiences in parenting and maintaining a marriage, which has only deepened my empathy and understanding for the families I support.
When not counseling, I enjoy gardening, spending quality time with my miniature schnauzer, and appreciating the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with my family.

Hi! I'm Hasti. Each of us has a unique life story and set of experiences that shape who we are. I am passionate about understanding these stories—what connects us, what sets us apart, and how we can create more meaningful, joyful lives.
While factors like upbringing, economic background, and social identities (how we see ourselves, understand our place in the world, and how we are perceived by others) influence us, I firmly believe that we all possess the inner strength and wisdom to guide our own paths. My role is to help you tap into that strength, enabling you to make choices that bring you peace, meaning, and well-being.
I've studied Sociology and Gender Studies and am currently pursuing a Master's in Couple and Family Therapy at Seattle University. I am passionate about facilitating my clients' journeys toward deeper self-understanding, better connections with self and others, and guiding them toward the life they really want to live.
During our therapeutic sessions, we'll explore the broader context influencing the challenges that brought you to therapy. By gaining a deep understanding of your story, we can work collaboratively toward tailored solutions that help you achieve your goals. My ultimate aspiration is for you to find a renewed sense of hope, learn to embrace your emotions while managing them more effectively, and progress toward the life you desire.
With couples, my goal is to deepen their understanding of both their own and their partner's core needs, feelings, and desires, guide them in communicating these aspects more compassionately and effectively, and ultimately foster a more connected, meaningful, and functional relationship.
Let's work together in a space where we can be vulnerable, caring, and understanding as we move toward healing and growth.
Looking forward to seeing you and starting our journey together.

Traumatic and intense feelings may leave us exhausted, terrified, apprehensive, and feeling hopeless. We feel like we are lost and can't even recognize ourselves in the mirror. We may feel as though our true selves have been lost forever. It's not always easy to ask for help. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process that assists you in achieving your most important goals.
When working with clients, I prioritize establishing a safe space where we can open up and grow together by emphasizing trust, open dialogue, and understanding.
My goal is to encourage clients to overcome barriers in order to increase resilience, decrease discomfort, increase motivation, and preserve overall wellbeing. Whether you are struggling with racial inequity, misogyny, life transitions and identifying new passions, isolation and depression, traumatic events or relationship issues, I am here to help you.
