Jennifer McLaughlin, LMFTA

Hello! My name is Jennifer. I am Korean American and live my life through a multicultural lens. I am a military spouse and have a special interest in supporting military communities. I enjoy working with individuals, teens, and couples of all kinds. My goal is to help empower you to achieve the future you want. 

My role as a therapist is to be a collaborator in your journey and share techniques and skills to help decrease anxiety and deepen relationship connection. I focus on addressing the core stressor that is disrupting your life and focus on bringing healing, empowerment, and fulfillment in your relationship with others and yourself. 

I am passionate about working with people to improve their well-being, sexual health issues, and self-esteem, and deepening relationship intimacy and connection. I have a special interest in working with teens with rebuilding self-esteem and navigating life transitions and anxiety.
