Life can be overwhelming, and everyone deserves somebody in their corner. Above all else for my clients, I am a non-judgmental, empathetic, listening “ear” to walk beside you through your tough times. 

I am an existential, humanistic therapist; I work from a systemic approach that allows for collaborative examination of not just the client’s functioning, but the overall system one finds themselves in and how that system impacts the individual (and vice versa). I believe that when one has hope, is accepted, and values themselves, they can build meaningful relationships and affect real change in their lives.

My sessions are person-centered and driven by you and your needs. You are the expert in your own life. I believe you have unique potential and abilities and that you are not solely defined by the problems with which you may now be struggling.

In my spare time I enjoy watching movies with loved ones, sipping coffee with friends, walking in nature, and knitting warm hats for the homeless. I am an avid reader and not only do I enjoy the classics, but occasionally I indulge with a good mystery novel.
