 I have always been passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families get through difficult times. Prior to my post-graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy, I obtained my B.A. from Central Washington University, where I studied psychology and family studies. As your therapist, my goal is to support you and offer you a warm, welcoming space to heal and grow. I recognize that each person I work with has different backgrounds and beliefs. I utilize Emotion Focused and Narrative Therapy to tailor my work to best benefit you and your specific needs. Together, we will utilize your strengths and values to address your concerns, break the negative cycles, and create positive and meaningful changes.
