A little something about Dr. Robinson
Dr. Robinson was married for 23 years and has three step children. She loves being a grandmother to three beautiful boys. She enjoys her various duties in her church and fellowship with people. She enjoys communicating with people of all backgrounds. Her hobbies are reading and yard work. Other interests are traveling to include cruises.
Education
A Bachelors of Science (BSN) degree in Nursing from Seattle University in Seattle. Graduated in 1975.
A Master’s of Science (Divinity) degree in Theology with a concentration in Pastoral Counseling in Atlanta, GA. Graduated in 1978.
A Master’s of Science (MSN) degree in Nursing with a concentration in Clinical Nurse Specialization; Administration and Education from Medical College of GA in Augusta, GA. Graduated in 1993.
Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from California Southern University in Irvine, California. Graduated November 2018.
Professional
Her Nursing Experience dates back to May 1967. She has worked in various Hospitals to include Providence Hospital; University of Washington Hospital both in Seattle.
Her Nursing experience includes: Medicine/Surgical Nursing; Pediatrics; New-born nursery; Obstetrics; Intensive Care; Multiple Service Ward (Oncology, Renal Medicine, and Radiation Therapy) and Psychiatry.
The Army Nurse Corp – She entered Military service in 1982 for 20 years. She retired from Active Duty in 2002. She was stationed in the following assignments as a psychiatric nurse: Washington D.C; Korea; Georgia; Hawaii; Georgia; Washington; and Texas.
After Military retirement, she briefly worked as a Quality Assurance Nurse at Puget Sound Home Health in Tacoma (June 2002-April 2003). She then transferred to Northwest Physician Network (NPN) from (April 2003 – February 2004). She was hired to continue to work for the military as a civilian nurse from April 2004 to June 2014 at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. She worked as a Family Practice Lead Nurse for two years; then as a Psychiatric nurse for 8 years (a Nurse Therapist and Case Manager) at Madigan until retiring in June 2014.

She has had a close relationship with the Lord since the age of seven when she publicly declared her devotion to Him and was baptized in the Baptist Church. She attended King’s Garden High School, a private Christian School. In 1975 she was accepted at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, GA to pursue Pastoral Counseling. She graduated with a Master’s of Divinity in 1978. She is active in the Teaching Ministry and her goal is to encourage and inspire the hearts of those seeking life in abundance through Christ.
