I love camping, long hikes with my family, and being outside with my dogs. I also enjoy a good book, a challenging crafting project and building Lego with my kids.
For most of my life, I’ve wanted to be a therapist. I find people interesting and enjoy connecting with them. Having been presented with my fair share of life challenges, I know too well what a positive impact one person can have on someone’s life. I believe everyone has incredible potential and helping you make stronger connections in your relationships will improve your life and the lives of those you are closest to.
I spent 15 years as a social worker supporting children, youth and their families through high stress situations and complex dynamics including working with Indigenous social service agencies, residential care, hospital settings, crisis response and family support. I changed career paths and attained my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University, Seattle and am thriving and feeling empowered by my choice.
I am a relational therapist and enjoy working with all configurations of families, intimate partners, and individuals. I strive to help people live and relate in ways that feel more fulfilling and harmonious to them. As my clients navigate anxiety, communication challenges, and transitions, my goal is to help them improve their relationships with themselves and each other so that each person can reach their highest potential
