I am currently a graduate student working towards my master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University, Seattle. I have experience working with children, youth, couples, and families. A few of the areas I am interested clinically are family systems, parenting, attachment, couples work, and mindfulness as well as supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, communication, and adjustments/transitions. My goal is to help families improve their relationships so each person can reach their highest potential and to help families live more harmonious and happier lives together.
