My approach is grounded in existential therapy, supporting clients as they explore issues related to meaning, choice, and personal responsibility, and is integrated with structural family therapy, where the dynamics within the family system are explored to increase communication, enhance boundaries, and empower each family member to recognize their own inherent strengths.
