Hola, my name Veronica Garcia, I am bi-­‐cultural, bilingual, first-­‐generation Mexican-­‐American woman. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I am an Air Force veteran and military spouse and hold a special interest in supporting veterans, military communities, and their families. 

I collaborate with you to create compassion for yourself while creating an empathetic and non-­‐ judgmental environment to support your growth. I take a systemic postmodern approach to client care and I work collaboratively with you to identify strengths for the greater health of your well-­‐being. 

I am passionate about systemic change, healing intergenerational trauma, social justice, learning, and community healing. It is important for me to create a space where people feel like they not only belong but that their story matters and where they can find their own healing within themselves.
