Our Licensed Therapists

Dr. Sharon Y. Young, Ph.D., LMFT

Owner, Clinical Director, AAMFT Approved Supervisor

My husband and I started Infinite Possibilities January 1, 2005.  Our dream was to build a place where families and individuals could come to resolve whatever problem was making it difficult for them to live their best lives.  We wanted to have a place where people could come, sit, and talk about things that were important to them in a very comfortable setting.  I always envisioned the place to be one where someone felt like they were coming into a living room and kicking back to talk with someone who cares about them and their lives.

I love supporting people in realizing their potential and overcoming obstacles that prevent them from living and growing to their fullest potential.  WE all have capabilities that we don’t see and sometimes we just need someone to believe in us….Here are Infinite Possibilities we are about believing in people and in their potential.

Katelyn Torres, MA, LMFT

Assistant Clinical Director / Clinical Supervisor

As a relational therapist, I am passionate about partnering with my clients to better understand how individuals can improve the important relationships in their lives. I incorporate experiential and emotionally focused methods in my work. My role as the therapist is to collaborate with my clients in understanding what healing means to them. I have experience working with teens, parents, individual adults and couples from all walks of life in processing past events, difficult relationships, and current life transitions.

Holly Bonnardel, MA, LMFTA

As a relational and systemic therapist, I believe therapy can be a valuable tool in navigating relationships, conflicts, and challenging patterns. Relationships and connections are vital to our health and happiness, so I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to better their well-being by supporting and improving those connections.

I practice from a non-pathologizing perspective and fuse my clients’ context, experiences, core values and goals with a solution-focused lens to encourage my clients to understand unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I share what I am observing authentically with direct communication and work to help my clients express and integrate new perspectives and emotions in a healthy way in order to reach their goals. I value and integrate aspects of most theoretical modalities, but work mostly from a solution-focused perspective while also emphasizing and exploring emotions.

Tobias Daugherty, LMHCA

I believe that seeking counseling is an act of great courage - one that requires vulnerability and the strength to face life’s uncertainties. As a husband and father, I understand the joys and challenges that come with balancing personal and family roles, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their relationships, beliefs, and values in pursuit of personal growth and well-being.

My approach is Narrative, supporting clients in examining and re-authoring the stories that shape their identities, relationships, and experiences, with particular attention to how dominant narratives influence meaning-making and agency, and is integrated with Structural Family Therapy, where the dynamics within the family system are explored to increase communication, enhance boundaries, and empower each family member to recognize their own inherent strengths.

Elizabeth Bostic, LMFTA

As a therapist, I believe in the power of connection and the importance of finding a safe space to navigate life's challenges. My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by both my professional training and my own life experiences. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and religious trauma. My christian experience has taught me the importance of community building and social justice. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I am dedicated to helping my clients find healing and growth.

While my roots are firmly planted in the Pacific Northwest, growing up in Seattle’s historic Central District, I've also had the unique opportunity to live in various parts of the country, including Alaska, California, Tennessee, and Texas. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on different cultures and lifestyles, which enriches my work with clients from all walks of life. As a wife and a mother of two, one of my children having special needs, I also bring a deep sense of empathy and a firsthand understanding of the complexities of family dynamics, relationships, and the balancing act of personal and professional life.

Ultimately, my goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're an individual seeking to overcome a personal struggle, a couple looking to strengthen your bond, or a family hoping to improve communication, I am here to walk alongside you. I am passionate about helping people build resilience, find their voice, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. If you're ready to begin your journey toward healing, I invite you to reach out and connect with me.
