Hello, my name is Stasha Moreno, and I am working toward my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pacific Lutheran University. I received my B.A. in Languages and Literature from Bard College. I grew up in a multicultural home in Tacoma, WA. I am a second-generation immigrant, and Latina therapist-in-training.
I approach therapy as a collaborative practice that takes into account your unique self. I strive to treat everyone with respect and to co-create an environment where trust can thrive and you feel safe to express yourself. I have an empathetic and compassionate nature. I aim to work from a place of curiosity and non-judgment. I hope to help you on your growth and healing journey as you become more connected with your mind and body.
I utilize a holistic, person-centered, trauma-informed systemic approach to therapy. I am passionate about working with immigrants, members of the BIPOC community, as well as people who hold marginalized identities and their partner(s) or family. I am especially interested in dismantling generational trauma.

Hi, I’m Brad! As a therapist, my aim is to help you find comfort in your relationships and confidence in yourself. We'll work together to improve communication, embrace your strengths, and grow in ways that feel true to you. My goal isn’t to change who you are but to help you feel at ease with yourself.
I’m excited to support families, couples, and individuals, from teens to adults, as we navigate challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, and learning disabilities. I look forward to hearing your story and finding solutions for your unique journey.
Outside of sessions, I’m a musician, a decent cook, and a partner of 10 years. I’ve lived in Washington for the past 20 years and could never imagine leaving it now. In my spare time, I like to learn new skills, watch old movies, and spend my time with my fiancé and our dog.

After many years in healthcare, I found myself craving a deeper connection to the people and communities I was serving. It was through this and my own therapeutic journey that I decided to change my career and seek out work I was truly passionate about.
This is what led me to becoming a Marriage and Family Therapy therapist. It is my belief that we already have everything we need within us, but it is our lived experiences that can make us lose our way. My work is rooted in a systemic and collaborative approach. In my freetime, you will catch me cuddled up with my Siamese cats watching the latest murder mystery!

My goal as a therapist is to create a compassionate and non-judgmental environment in which folks can feel safe to be curious, explore, and find their unique path to healing and balance. I believe that each of us has all the tools we need in order to be our most whole, free and authentic selves, and that sometimes what we need in order to access self-compassion and the tools of healing is a safe space and support.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic modalities (including Polyvagal Theory, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Internal Family Systems), and I am passionate about working with both mind and body to help folks make meaning of their life experiences, enhance their relationships, and to understand, transform and release stored traumas.
I welcome people from all walks of life, and am particularly interested in working with the queer community, folks in non-traditional relationships, and people experiencing anxiety, bipolar, c-PTSD, and chronic pain.

Hi folks! My name is Anna. I use they/them pronouns, and I identify as a white, transgender non-binary, neurodivergent lesbian. These identities deeply inform my practice as I am passionate about fostering an affirming and inclusive space for clients to explore their own unique and rich identities. And how these identities intersect to impact their lives and relationships.
Central to my approach as a systemic therapist is the creation of a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their memories and emotions without judgment. I have so much respect for my clients and their ability to be vulnerable and ask for help. I am an engaged therapist driven by curiosity, but I also am very patient and dedicated to adapting the pace and structure of therapy to what feels most comfortable for each client. I aim to work alongside clients, validating their difficult emotions, and empowering them with individualized tools and insights to feel secure in themselves and proud of who they are.
Outside of my role as a therapist, I am an artist, a friend, a sibling, and a nature-enthusiast! Despite living in the PNW my entire life, the beauty of our environment and community never gets old. I feel honored to wake up each day in absolute awe of the place I call home.

I am Nicole and I have been working in the healthcare industry for 12 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist. My style of care is wholistic and immersive, inquisitive to understand who you are and how to get to the root of a problem. I listen to what is said and what is left out of a conversation, using my intuition to read what someone might not realize or notice about themselves. I love to spend time with my friends dancing, singing karaoke, at home with my animals and plants or out for a hike on a lovely Washington day.

We all carry stories within our bodies and minds.
Whatever story brought you here, you are welcome to come as you are.
Rooted in curiosity and nonjudgment, I intend to co-create a warm space that allows for meaningful exploration of your internal world to foster a more compassionate connection with your mind, body, and relationships. Using a holistic, somatic (body-oriented), and trauma-informed approach, we will gradually untangle your story in a way that best honors and affirms the innate wisdom you carry from your lived experiences and identities. Together, we will identify your hopes for change, brainstorm supportive coping strategies to support your goals, tap into your strengths, and celebrate your wins, all while having some laughs along the way too.
I am passionate about working with clients experiencing life transitions, anxiety, PTSD, chronic illness, and those in partnerships (couples, polycules, best friends, business partners, etc.) seeking to expand their communication toolkit.
When I'm not immersed in the world of mental health, I value the moments that bring joy, rest, and connection through traveling, painting, meditation, gardening, reading, playing video games, or exploring the PNW with my partner and two dogs.

I believe that seeking counseling is an act of great courage - one that requires vulnerability and the strength to face life’s uncertainties. As a husband and father, I understand the joys and challenges that come with balancing personal and family roles, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their relationships, beliefs, and values in pursuit of personal growth and well-being.
My approach is grounded in existential therapy, supporting clients as they explore issues related to meaning, choice, and personal responsibility, and is integrated with structural family therapy, where the dynamics within the family system are explored to increase communication, enhance boundaries, and empower each family member to recognize their own inherent strengths.
