I am Nicole and I have been working in the healthcare industry for 12 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist. My style of care is wholistic and immersive, inquisitive to understand who you are and how to get to the root of a problem. I listen to what is said and what is left out of a conversation, using my intuition to read what someone might not realize or notice about themselves. I love to spend time with my friends dancing, singing karaoke, at home with my animals and plants or out for a hike on a lovely Washington day.

Hello!
My name is Rachelle, and I am currently pursuing my M.A. in Couple/Marriage and Family Therapy at Pacific Lutheran University.
My professional background includes music, education, life coaching, and supporting disabled and neurodivergent folks in daily life. I have always been interested in helping people express themselves and harness their innate resilience to create change.
I approach therapy with the belief that you already have all the ingredients necessary to flourish. I support individuals, partners, and families in navigating challenges and cultivating meaningful change. I use a systemic lens, which means I look at people within the context of their relationships, communities, and lived experiences—understanding that healing often happens through connection rather than isolation.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to embrace their most authentic selves. As someone who is multiply neurodivergent, I am especially passionate about offering therapy that is anti-ableist, disability affirming, and trauma-informed.
