Traumatic and intense feelings may leave us exhausted, terrified, apprehensive, and feeling hopeless. We feel like we are lost and can't even recognize ourselves in the mirror. We may feel as though our true selves have been lost forever. It's not always easy to ask for help. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process that assists you in achieving your most important goals. When working with clients, I prioritize establishing a safe space where we can open up and grow together by emphasizing trust, open dialogue, and understanding.

My goal is to encourage clients to overcome barriers in order to increase resilience, decrease discomfort, increase motivation, and preserve overall wellbeing. Whether you are struggling with racial inequity, misogyny, life transitions and identifying new passions, isolation and depression, traumatic events or relationship issues, I am here to help you.
